Alfa Solutions was founded in 2016 by experienced people with diverse domain experience and rich industry knowledge. Alfa Solutions started its journey on February 2016. It is an Albanian company with a competence of IT enabled services that incorporates BPO services, Call Center services, accounting services and back office services. The company has grown from 10 members to 100 members over a short period of time. Alfa Solutions is being recognized as one of the best offshore BPO and call center company in this short journey. As one of the leading business process services companies, it is this very ethos that we strive to live up to, each day.
